Hello - I'm a London based advertising photographer specialising in people & lifestyle on location. I also shoot interperative underwater images in black and white - see Ocean Images link.
Before my career in photography I worked in the music business - most notably for rock band Queen.

The paperback edition of Queen Unseen is now available. Published by Music Press - an imprint of John Blake Publishing. I spent several months revising the book, though the structure and chapters remains the same. Four years on from the original hardback edition, I've had chance to reflect, and include new stories, observations and memories, while editing what I felt didn't work; tightening the writing to make the book flow better.

Overall it is the much the same - but hopefully improved.

NB: As I have stated - this is NOT a new book, but a revised and edited version of the original that was published in 2011.

The photo sections are as in the original hardback and a forward section of pages with quotes and reviews on the original book is included.
Available now as an advance copy from Amazon. For a signed copy please e mail the publisher:

Queen Unseen is an account of the many exciting years I spent on tour, in the recording studio, on video shoots and day to day life at home with one of the world's biggest and best ever rock bands. It is an insightful, enlightening and humorous account for anybody who has ever wondered what working for Queen, or most major rock bands of that era really entailed...... It is not a chronological history or definitive biography of the band, but a personal story of what it was like to spend your youth travelling the world and living the rock and roll lifestyle - to the full!
Sex and drugs and rock and roll - but no 'tabloid' revelations about Queen's private lives.
I make observations and comments about all the fantastic places we visited and played, and what it was like living, at times, a crazy and surreal existence.
There are photo sections in the book that contain colour and black & white images from my Queen The Unseen Archive show that has been exhibited internationally.
I hope you will join me, and share the highs and some lows of having Access All Areas to Queen.

Another recommended book on Queen: Is This The Real Life ? The Untold Story Of Queen.

Written by Mark Blake.

The central photo section of the book features some of my rare Queen images.

I am often asked to attend Queen events and Italian ones in particular. I go to Italy regularly as I have family there and many friends, some who I have met via my connection with Queen.
